What People Think Artist Life Is Like…
What people think being a full-time artist looks like: peacefully creating beautiful things all day. ✨
Reality? Long hours, endless tiny details, and the constant possibility of… death. 😅🐈⬛
Being a handmade artist means spending many hours sculpting, painting, photographing, packaging, and trying to keep everything away from curious little paws.
And sometimes the biggest danger in the studio isn't the sharp tools or tiny pieces of clay… it's a hungry cat. 😂🐈⬛
My cats are always happy to "help" in the studio — especially when they decide it's time for dinner. Apparently, interrupting my work with increasingly dramatic demands is an essential part of the creative process. 😅
Creating polymer clay dragons and fantasy sculptures may look magical from the outside, but there's definitely a lot of hard work, patience, and a few chaotic moments behind every finished piece.
Curious what artist life really looks like? Take a look at the video and see what happens when the studio assistant gets hungry… 😂🐈⬛
And honestly? I wouldn't trade it for anything. 🐉💚
One tiny dragon, one long workday, and one very hungry cat at a time. 😅
