I've been planning a giveaway for a long time, and with the beautiful spring season finally here, it felt like the perfect moment to create something special for you.
One lucky winner will receive a custom-made Flower Dragon sculpture, personally crafted by me. The winner can choose the dragon's colors, flowers, and even the eye color, making it a truly unique piece. 🙂

The giveaway is organized and hosted by Ágnes Sebestyén, sole proprietor and owner of the GloriosaArt brand (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

The Organizer declares that this giveaway does not fall under the scope of the Hungarian Act XXXIV of 1991 on Gambling Activities.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Hungary.
Giveaway Rules
Participation in the giveaway is open to natural persons who:
have a registered Instagram account
are at least 18 years old
accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions
follow the @gloriosaart Instagram account
like the giveaway post
tag at least one Instagram user in a comment under the original giveaway post
Only participants who meet all of the requirements listed in the giveaway post and accept these Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate and win.
Participation
The giveaway is open to individuals worldwide who have a valid shipping address to which the Organizer can send the prize.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the personal data they provide is accurate. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided by participants.
Participation in the giveaway is voluntary.

Duration of the Giveaway
The giveaway starts on March 6, 2025 and ends on March 13, 2025 at 11:59 PM (midnight).
Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
How the Giveaway Works
During the giveaway period, participants can visit the GloriosaArt Instagram page to view the giveaway post and read the rules.
To participate, users must follow the instructions listed in the original giveaway post.
Participation must be made by the actual Instagram account holder. Entries submitted on behalf of another person are not permitted.
Only participants who meet all requirements within the specified timeframe will be eligible for the prize draw.
Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant without prior notice or explanation if:
the participant is not eligible to enter (for example under 18 years of age)
the participant violates any rule of these Terms and Conditions
the participant violates any applicable laws or the rights of others
the participant fails to provide the information required to deliver the prize
the participant does not respond to the Organizer within the specified timeframe
the participant provides false or misleading personal information
the participant attempts to manipulate the giveaway process in any way
the participant posts comments or content that harm the legitimate business interests of the Organizer
If a participant is disqualified, the Organizer may select another winner at their discretion.
Prize and Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly using a computer-generated selection method.
After the draw, the Organizer will notify the winner via Instagram private message.
The winner must respond within 5 days of the notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner may be selected.
The prize of the giveaway is:
1 handmade custom dragon sculpture.
Data Protection
In accordance with the Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679), participants are informed that providing personal data for the purpose of participating in the giveaway is voluntary.
By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize.
The Organizer may process the following personal data if the participant wins:
name
email address
shipping address
telephone number
These data will only be accessed by the Organizer or authorized persons responsible for the administration of the giveaway.
Personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary to complete the giveaway and deliver the prize.
Participants have the right to request access to their personal data, request correction or deletion of their data, and object to the processing of their personal data.
If a participant withdraws consent or requests deletion of their data before the prize is delivered, they will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
Liability
Due to the nature of Instagram as a free service, the Organizer cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, delays, or errors that may occur during the giveaway.
The Organizer excludes any liability for damages, losses, or costs arising from participation in the giveaway or from technical problems associated with it.
Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
The winner will be notified via Instagram private message and may also be mentioned in the giveaway post.
The prize will be shipped to the address provided by the winner at the Organizer's expense.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another product.
